It is with great pleasure that we present the proceedings of the Liberec Economic Forum 2025.

ISBN 978-80-7494-747-6

The breadth of topics addressed in the proceedings demonstrates the scope and dynamism of contemporary research.

Over the years, the Forum has become a recognized international platform for scholarly exchange and critical discussion in the fields of economics, business, and management. By convening researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, the Forum provides a setting in which theoretical developments and practical challenges can be examined in dialogue. The motto of this year’s conference, “New Horizons in Economics and Business,” captures its underlying ambition: to broaden perspectives, stimulate innovation, and contribute to knowledge production that enhances competitiveness at regional, national, and global levels.

We’ve been doing conferences since 1993

The conferences were held under various names until 2005, when they adopted the title Liberec Economic Forum. This name has been used ever since, with the conference taking place regularly every two years.
