Please keep in mind
We accept submissions of both full-length papers and abstracts. Please note that only full-length papers will be submitted for indexation, while abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts. Our conference proceedings are indexed in the Web of Science and will also be submitted for indexation in Scopus. To meet the ethical and publishing standards required for indexation, we need sufficient time to complete the necessary processing. We kindly ask all participants to respect the submission deadlines.
Template
Authors are required to use the anonymized submission template for both abstracts and full papers.
First submission
The submission deadline is June 30, 2025, and notifications of acceptance will be sent by July 15.
Camera ready
The camera-ready version of accepted papers is due by August 15, 2025.
Presentation
Please note that accepted papers will only be published if at least one of the authors presents the paper at the conference.
